Originally from Pennsylvania, I graduated from Oxford Area High School in 2020 and decided to take a gap year. During that time, I worked as an animal care intern at Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary from January to May of 2021. That following summer I worked as a press intern for the non-profit organization, New Voters. After starting at CU Boulder in the fall of 2021 with a journalism major and political science minor, I graduated early with Magna Cum Laude honors. I completed a journalism internship at the Chester County Press in summer 2023 and have been welcomed back as a contributing writer.
In addition to my academics at CU Boulder, I served as the College of Media Communication and Information senator on the CU Student Government Legislative Council. I was senator for four legislative sessions and Legislative Council Press Secretary for three sessions.
My passion lies in writing. I enjoy to write about relationships, people, politics, and pop-culture. I plan on pursuing these topics further in my work post graduation.
